Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative in the Back Office Process at our BPO setting in Indore, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service while thriving in a dynamic work environment. Your primary responsibility will be to handle customer queries and issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Interact with customers professionally and promptly to address their concerns. - Utilize your exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to provide satisfactory solutions. - Adapt to working in rotational shifts as per the 5-day workweek schedule with designated week-offs. - Commit to a 9.5 hours working shift to ensure seamless customer support. - Ensure a fixed salary of 30K CTC as part of this full-time position. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 6 months of prior experience in customer service, preferably in a BPO background. - Proficient communication skills and adept at problem-solving. - Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and adhere to the 5-day workweek schedule. - Ability to commit to a 9.5 hours working shift to meet customer service demands. Kindly note that health insurance benefits are provided, and the work location is in-person at our Indore office.,
