Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Back Office Process)
Job Description:
We're hiring for a Back Office Process role in a BPO setting! If you have excellent customer service skills and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Requirements:
- 6 months of experience in customer service (BPO background preferred)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (5-day workweek with week-offs)
- 9.5 hours working shift
- Salary - 30K CTC (Fixed)
- Location - Indore
