Role Overview: As a Back Office Operations Executive, your main responsibility will be to manage day-to-day office operations, documentation, and administrative tasks. This includes tasks such as data entry, client follow-ups, maintaining records, coordinating with teams, and supporting front-office activities. Key Responsibilities: - Perform data entry tasks efficiently - Follow up with clients as required - Maintain accurate records - Coordinate effectively with other teams - Support front-office activities as needed Qualifications Required: - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Good communication skills with English proficiency preferred - Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation - Ability to work under deadlines and collaborate effectively in a team - Freshers with good office handling skills are welcome Additional Company Details: The company offers a competitive salary ranging from 20,000 to 25,000/month with additional incentives based on performance.
