Job Responsibilities for Back office Staff


Email & Communication:

 Send and reply to emails professionally.

 Keep track of important emails and follow-ups.


WhatsApp & Social Media Handling:

 Respond to customer messages on WhatsApp and social media.

 Keep records of conversations and follow up as needed.


Excel & Data Entry:

 Maintain Excel sheets with customer details, orders, and reports.

 Do basic calculations and organize data properly.


General Admin Work:

 Keep records of important documents.

 Arrange meetings, calls, and office tasks.

 Help in day-to-day office activities.


Skills Needed:

 Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and emails.

 Good communication skills.

 Well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks.

 Prior experience in admin work is a plus.
