Interested person apply now 📝 Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to handle administrative, clerical, and support tasks. The role involves managing data, processing documents, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations. 🔧 Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update company databases, records, and documentation. Process and verify customer/vendor data and applications. Handle email correspondence, phone calls, and internal communications. Prepare reports, letters, and spreadsheets as required. Support the accounts, sales, and operations teams with back-end tasks. Coordinate with vendors, clients, and service providers for routine follow-ups. Ensure proper filing (physical and digital) of important documents. Maintain confidentiality of company information and customer data. ✅ Requirements: Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred) 0–3 years of experience in back-office or administrative roles Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Good typing speed and accuracy Strong organizational and multitasking skills Good communication skills (written & verbal) Ability to work independently and in a team
