Job Description: As a Back Office Executive in the AGRI-FIN-TRACTOR LOANS AND RETAIL(TFE)-Recovery division, you will play a crucial role in managing the documentation post credit analysis of the region. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the region, ensuring strict compliance with audit and regulatory requirements, and timely authorization and verification of KYC system input for customer transactions and service requests. Your proficiency in MS Office will be essential for this role. Additionally, you will be tasked with managing customer complaints and ensuring timely resolution within the defined turnaround time.
