Company Description Topical Water Solutions specializes in a range of water treatment solutions, including FRP Cooling Towers, UF + RO Plants for process and wastewater, and DM+MB Plants. We provide advanced systems like Submerged MBR for superior effluent quality, Two-Pass RO, and multi-stage RO Plants for higher recoveries in wastewater recycling. Additionally, we offer water softeners for commercial, residential, and industrial use. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Back Office Executive. The Back Office Executive will be responsible for managing daily back office operations, handling office communications, supporting sales activities, and assisting in financial tasks. The role involves maintaining records, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring smooth office operations. Qualifications Proficiency in Back Office Operations and Office Operations Strong Communication skills Experience in Sales support Basic understanding of Finance tasks Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and remotely Familiarity with water treatment industry is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications or certifications are advantageous Show more Show less
