Salary Range
₹15,000 to ₹18,000 per month (based on skills and experience)

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support our operations team. The role involves managing data, documentation, CRM updates, and administrative coordination to ensure smooth internal workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data entry, database updates, and maintain accurate records
• Handle documentation processes and ensure proper file management and storage
• Carry out basic email marketing tasks when required
• Manage CRM software including data entry, record updates, and tracking
• Support operations with scheduling, follow-ups, and coordination across teams
• Maintain confidentiality of company and client information at all times
• Identify and resolve back-office issues to enhance operational efficiency
• Assist with inventory tracking, procurement activities, and vendor coordination

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in back-office operations or administrative roles
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with ERP or CRM software
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
