Job Description

Job Responsibilities: Work Order Preparation Prepare accurate work orders based on client purchase orders. Accounting Support Basic understanding of accounting procedures to support documentation and billing processes. Email Correspondence Check and respond to emails daily. Print documents if required and handle general communication professionally. Document Handling Generate E-Way Bills and E-Invoices using appropriate software. Dispatch Coordination Share dispatch details with clients once the material is sent. Payment Follow-ups Follow up with clients regarding pending payments or outstanding dues. Communication Must have a strong command of English (written & verbal) for handling business letters and professional email communication.
