Job Description

You will be responsible for following up on quotations and securing sales orders. Generating new customers through calls and emails from existing and new databases will be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will be required to maintain and prepare various MIS reports, manage existing clients, and revive old clients. To excel in this role, you should be a convent educated graduate female with proven experience as a telesales representative or in another sales/customer service role. It is essential to have the ability to learn about products and services and effectively describe and explain them to prospects. Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali will be necessary to succeed in this position. The salary for this position will be as per industry standards. The job location is Kolkata, West Bengal, and you will be reporting to the Sales Head.,
