Job Description

We are looking for a smart and organized Male & Female Back Office Executive to handle daily administrative and clerical tasks, maintain records, and support the sales and service teams to ensure smooth showroom operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update customer and sales records.
  • Prepare reports, invoices, and documents as required.
  • Coordinate with sales and service departments for data and updates.
  • Handle billing, filing, and data entry in showroom software.
  • Manage customer follow-ups and calls for pending documents or payments.
  • Support front office staff in day-to-day administrative work.

Required Skills:

  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Data Entry).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and good organizational skills.

Qualification:

  • Minimum Graduate or equivalent.
  • Experience in automobile or showroom back-office work will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
