As a Back Office Executive at Laverne Fintech, you will play a crucial role in supporting the insurance team by handling administrative tasks and ensuring smooth backend processes for Australian clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Handling backend processing of documentation - Performing accurate and timely data entry - Maintaining client records and updating internal systems - Supporting sales and service teams by preparing reports and tracking applications - Communicating with internal stakeholders as needed - Ensuring compliance with Australian insurance guidelines and company policies To excel in this role, you should possess: - 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in back office, administration, or customer service - Basic understanding of insurance or financial products - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Good written and reading English skills - Comfort with working in an early morning shift (8 AM - 4:30 PM IST) Please note the following additional details: - Public Holidays: Leaves will not be granted for Australian or Indian public holidays unless explicitly approved by management. - Saturday Work Schedule: Working hours will be either 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM or 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM, depending on whether it is a working or non-working Saturday.
