Roles & Responsibilities:

Connect and engage with pre-generated leads.
Providing proper information about websites and customized software.
Initiate repeat sales by following up on phone calls from existing customers.
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Handling of customer inquiries.

Required Skills:

Good communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
should be able to take meetings on Zoom.
Active listening skills.
Strong convincing skills.
Client handling skills.

Desired Skills:

Prior experience in sales/business development will be preferred.
Solution-oriented with effective problem-solving skills.

Salary:

For Freshers- 8k
For Experienced- 8-12k

Experience required:

Minimum 1 year.
Freshers are also welcome.
