Job Description

We are hiring Back Office Executives for an International Process at our Ghansoli (Mumbai) location. The role involves handling back-end operations, data management, and process support while maintaining high accuracy and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform back-office operations for international clients
• Data entry, verification, and documentation
• Maintain accurate records and reports
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow
• Adhere to process guidelines and SLAs

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 6 months of back-office experience (international process preferred)
• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
• Typing speed of 25 WPM or above
• Comfortable working in 24×7 rotational shifts
• Graduation/HSCboth can apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
