Back Office Executive

The Sales Coordinator (Back Office) will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships. You will keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities. Your role will involve contacting customers and potential customers over calls and emails, as well as maintaining records and organizing files both physically and digitally. Handling confidential and sensitive information responsibly will be a key aspect of your job. You will also be required to monitor emails and respond or forward as appropriate, as well as assist in resolving customer queries and issues through efficient communication. Additionally, you will be involved in preparing and drafting proposals and quotes. Qualifications required for this position include any UG/PG degree with an Engineering major preferably in B.E Mechanical, EEE, or ECE. The ideal candidate should either be a fresher or have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role. The salary for this position ranges from 10K to 15K per month, depending on skills and experience. The work location is at Teachers Colony, Erode, and the job type is full-time. Benefits offered for this position include cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and Provident Fund.
