General Insurance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and maintain insurance policy records, endorsements, and renewals.

  • Assist in claim documentation and follow-up with concerned departments.
  • Coordinate with agents, underwriters, and clients for missing or incorrect information.
  • Prepare and manage MIS reports and support audits.
