Job Description

You will travel throughout the territory and visit customers (Instrument Users only) on a recurring basis. Your role will involve representing the brand during all customer and prospect interactions. It is important to educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally. Additionally, you will be required to monitor the company's industry competitors, new products, and market conditions. Building relationships with existing customers will be a key aspect of this role. You will also need to evaluate customers" needs and participate in combined visits with Sales representatives for technical discussions. Gathering competition data and information regularly is part of the responsibilities. In cases where opportunity or lead generation is required, you must inform the respective sales team (spares/sales/assurance) with the source being FPS. The position is based in Hyderabad and the qualification required is B.Sc Chemistry or B.Pharm.
