1. All Day To Day Administration Tasks Assigned By EMM.

2. Tracking The Current Status Of All Ongoing Export Orders Work.

3. Requiring Pending Next Actions From Concerned Responsible Persons Within The Given Deadline.

4. Inform Director About Current Status Of All Activities Assigned To You And Seek Guidance If Required.

5. Inform EMM About All Pending Activities Which Are Not Progressing Satisfactory.

6. Follow Up Reports From [ Sales Team + Core Team + Production Team ]

7. Preparing Statement Of Staff Activities Of Each Person And Send Remitters To Next Deadline.

8. Preparing Statement Of All Core Team Members Activities And Seek Progress Repair Handover Progress Represent To Concerned Responsible Person.

9. Check And Approve Invoices.

10. Preparing And Sending Meeting Agendas.

11. Preparing Minutes And Action Points Of Sales X Core Team Meeting.

12. Checking X Follow Up Of All My Staff Documents.

13. Manage Phonecalls E-Mails And Messages.

• Arrange Produce Related Data From Various Sources.

• Preparing Questions And Send To Customers.

• Maintain Products And Customers Database.

• Entry In CRM.

• Preparing Drafts Of Literature.

• Plus Any Supporting Tasks To Complete Sales Process From EMM To Customers.

14. Digital Activities.

 Posting Marketing Content On All Known Digital Platforms.

• Whatsapp , Email

• Website X B2B Portals

• Social Media

• Digital Catalogue

 Training Response Of Followers In Social Media.

 Tracking Activities Of Competitors On Their Digital Marketing Platforms.

15. Any New X Unknown Challenges Arises That Needs To Be Solved From Your Side Or Pending Due To Your Side, Seek Necessary Guidance From EMM To Solve / Complete Such Tasks / Challenges.

16. Prepare X Follow Up To-Do List For Actions Activities Expected From EMM.

17. Prepare X Follow Up To-Do List For Actions X Activities Expected To Be Done By Other Persons.

18. Find Product Intermation From Market [Net] When Require.

19. Take Photo Of Visitors & Send Massage To Visitors & Prepare Welcome.

Job time:- 9:00 To 07:30 - 1hour break
