Job Description: As a Back Office Executive in AGRI-FIN-TRACTOR LOANS AND RETAIL(TFE)-Recovery at Grade E0, your role will involve managing the documentation post credit analysis of the region. You will be responsible for the day to day operations of the region and ensuring strict adherence to compliance, audit, and regulatory requirements. Your tasks will include timely authorization and checking KYC system input for customer transactions/service requests. Proficiency in MS Office is essential for this role. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing customer complaints and ensuring the resolution of all complaints within the Turnaround Time (TAT). Key Responsibilities: - Manage the documentation post credit analysis of the region - Responsible for day to day operations of the region - Ensure strict adherence to compliance, audit, and regulatory requirements - Authorize and check KYC system input for customer transactions/service requests - Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution within TAT Qualifications Required: - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Graduate - Minimum of 2 years of work experience - Customer service oriented - People management skills - Good communication abilities,
