Back Office Executive

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY

Perform accurate data entry and update internal databases and systems.
Handle document management – filing, scanning, and organizing records.
Support customer service and front office teams with backend operations.
Maintain and process company records, invoices, and reports.
Coordinate with various departments for smooth workflow and information sharing.
Handle emails, communication, and report generation.
Maintain confidentiality and security of company data.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
