Back Office Executive

Location: Ahmedabad
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 1–2 Years

We are looking for a Back Office Executive to support our team.

  • Conduct cold calls to potential customers as part of lead generation.
  • Manage sales invoices and maintain billing records.
  • Draft and send professional emails, proposals, and mailers to clients.
  • Follow up on leads and pending communications with clients and prospects.
  • Maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate with internal teams.

Skills Required:

  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email
  • Comfortable with calling and follow-ups
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work with accuracy
  • Prior experience in similar back office or sales support role preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
