Job Title: Account cum Order Processing Executive

Location: SG Highway

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Account cum Order Processing Executive to join our team. This role is a hybrid position that combines accounting duties with order processing responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have strong numerical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage financial records and process orders accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Duties:

• Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Process and record financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure all financial records are maintained in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Order Processing Duties:

• Receive, review, and process sales and purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Verify order details, including product specifications, quantities, pricing, and delivery instructions.
• Enter and update order information in the company’s ERP or order management system.
• Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any issues that arise.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to orders, including invoicing and shipping records.

Customer and Supplier Coordination:

• Address customer inquiries related to order status, product availability, and returns.
• Resolve order-related issues promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors to track order shipments and manage inventory levels.
