Job Description

some one who is from the real estate back ground or has been work working with the real estate builder . Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily with site supervisors across multiple project locations Maintain records of gypsum bag and material movement to and from sites Track inventory of POP, bonding agents, and tools at each site Schedule and organize dispatch of materials and labor Prepare and maintain daily and weekly site progress reports Handle purchase follow-ups and vendor communication for timely deliveries Support in maintaining labor attendance, site expenses, and material bills Ensure timely data entry in Google Sheets or Excel Assist in basic client coordination and follow-ups Requirements: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in admin, logistics, or back-office coordination Good communication and follow-up skills (Hindi/Bengali essential, English preferred) Familiar with basic computer skills – especially Google Sheets, Excel, and WhatsApp Organized, punctual, and able to work under pressure Should understand basic site and material movement processes Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
