Office Management: Overseeing office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring a comfortable and functional workspace.  Communication: Managing phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication, both internal and external.  Customer Service: Greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and providing assistance to clients and employees.  Financial Support: Assisting with tasks like invoice processing, expense tracking, and budget management.  Process Improvement: Developing and implementing efficient office procedures to enhance productivity and organization.
