Key Responsibilities
* Respond to and pursue inbound leads (IndiaMART, Google, etc.)
* Generate new outreach via cold calls and emails
* Promptly handle client inquiries via calls, messages, and emails
* Share company profile and product information via WhatsApp and email
* Update CRM with all lead/client data and track communication
* Follow up on orders and payment schedules
* Prepare daily/weekly sales activity reports
* Maintain accurate records of discussions and next steps
* Assist with sales presentations and documentation
