Back Office Coordinator

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Website Content and Inventory Coordinator to play a crucial role in maintaining our online presence and ensuring efficient order processing and dispatch. This position involves uploading images and information to our website, managing inventory, and utilizing computer software, especially Excel.

Responsibilities:

Website Management:Upload product images and information to the website with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Ensure that product descriptions and images are in line with the company's standards and branding.

Inventory Management:Maintain an organized digital inventory system, including product listings, stock levels, and product variants.
Regularly update inventory records to reflect real-time stock levels.Implement inventory tracking and control measures to prevent discrepancies.

Order Processing and Dispatch:Efficiently process customer orders, ensuring accuracy in product selection and addressing any customer inquiries related to orders.
Coordinate the packaging and dispatch of parcels, adhering to shipping guidelines and schedules.Monitor order status and provide tracking information to customers when necessary.

Computer Proficiency:Utilize Excel and other computer software to manage inventory and maintain records.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and order processing.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of computer applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage digital inventory effectively.
• Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and website management .Ability to work efficiently, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in data entry and order processing.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities to address discrepancies and maintain inventory control.

This position is crucial in ensuring our online presence is up to date and that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time.
