Back Office Co-ordinator

As a Sales Coordinator or Back-Office Executive, you will be responsible for handling entries, processing orders, and communicating with clients via email to address queries and requests. Additionally, you will be tasked with sending quotations and Proformas. Your role will involve assisting and coordinating with the Sales team and Production team. Key Responsibilities: - Handle entries and process orders efficiently - Communicate with clients via email to address queries and requests - Send quotations and Proformas - Assist and coordinate with the Sales team and Production team Qualifications Required: - Any Graduate with 2-4 years of experience in a similar role - Proficiency in MS Office, especially in MS Excel and Outlook - Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team with dedication - Immediate joiners are preferred The company provides Provident Fund benefits.
