Job Title: Back Office Assistant

Department: Administration

Experience: 2–5 years of experience in a Administrative roles

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field

Back Office cum Documentation Executive

Key Responsibilities

 Maintain and update records, databases, and files (both electronic and paper).

 Coordinate with Sales & Accounts departments for document collection, verification, and

filing.

 Handle daily data entry tasks with high accuracy.

 Perform regular audits of documentation to ensure quality and compliance.

 Assist in preparing internal reports, letters, and memos.

 Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

 Good written and verbal communication skills.

 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

 Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

 Basic knowledge of office equipment and procedures.

Location: Vadodara (Gujarat)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
