Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update records, databases, and files (both electronic and paper).
Coordinate with Sales & Accounts departments for document collection, verification, and
filing.
Handle daily data entry tasks with high accuracy.
Perform regular audits of documentation to ensure quality and compliance.
Assist in preparing internal reports, letters, and memos.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Basic knowledge of office equipment and procedures.
