Backend Developer

Role Overview

As a Backend Developer, you will:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and APIs
• Manage databases to ensure data consistency, availability, and security
• Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and product teams to deliver complete features

What You’ll Do

• Develop RESTful and GraphQL APIs using technologies like Node.js, Django, Flask, Java, or .NET
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis
• Optimize backend systems for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Integrate third-party services, cloud functions, and authentication systems
• Write clean, testable, and well-documented code

Technical Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on backend development experience
• Proficiency in at least one major backend framework (e.g., Node.js, Django, Spring Boot)
• Strong knowledge of databases, caching strategies, and backend architecture
• Experience with API design, authentication mechanisms, and cloud deployments
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
