Job Summary:

Back-End Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain

  robust, scalable, and secure backend services

  and APIs.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient server-side code.
  
• Develop and integrate

  RESTful or GraphQL APIs

  , microservices, and backend modules.
• Work with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) to design schemas, write complex queries, and optimize performance.
  
• Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless data exchange and feature implementation.
  
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues, ensuring high system availability and reliability.
  
• Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
  
• Build reusable components and libraries for future use.
  
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving coding standards.
  
• Work closely with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and infrastructure.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  

• 5 years

  of professional backend development experience (adjustable).
• Strong proficiency in at least one backend programming language (e.g.,

  Java, Node.js, Python, .NET, PHP, Go

  , etc.).
• Hands-on experience with backend frameworks (e.g.,

  Spring Boot, Express.js, Django, Flask, ASP.NET Core

  , etc.).
• Solid understanding of

  REST APIs, microservices architecture

  , and server-side development.
• Strong experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and/or NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with

  cloud platforms

  (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  
• Experience with event-driven architecture and message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
  
• Familiarity with GraphQL implementations.
