Job Description

Job Title: Backend Engineer Location: Remote Experience: 2+ Years CTC: Up to 17 LPA Key Responsibilities: -Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs. -Work on distributed services using Python (Flask, Celery, Gevent, PyTorch, Tesseract). -Implement document processing and integrate with LLMs/OCR pipelines. -Contribute to infrastructure using Docker and Terraform/OpenTofu. -Write performant, reliable backend code that scales across use cases. -Collaborate cross-functionally with the frontend, ML, and product teams. -Own deployments and manage backend services in a DevOps-friendly setup. Required Skills & Qualification: -Strong proficiency in Python and related frameworks (Flask, Celery, etc.). -Experience with Node.js and JavaScript backend development. -Hands-on DevOps knowledge — Terraform/OpenTofu and Docker required. -Understanding of distributed systems and performance optimization. -Familiarity with LLMs, OCR, and machine learning concepts. -2+ years of experience through work or independent projects. -Comfortable working in Linux terminals and remote environments.
