Job Description

Senior Backend Engineer

Mandatory Skills

Java
Strong understanding of core Java concepts with
minimum 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience
Golang
Experience building production-grade services
Apache Kafka
– Hands-on experience with producers, consumers, topic design, and stream processing
SQL Databases
– Strong experience in schema design, complex queries, and performance tuning
DynamoDB
– Experience with NoSQL data modeling, indexes, and scalability patterns

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain
scalable backend services
using
Java and Golang
Build and maintain
event-driven microservices
using
Kafka
Work on
high-throughput, low-latency systems
Design efficient
data models
using
SQL and DynamoDB
Ensure system
reliability, scalability, and performance
Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional team
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and production issue resolution

Good to Have

Experience with
microservices architecture
Exposure to
cloud platforms
(AWS preferred)
Knowledge of
Spring Boot
or similar Java frameworks
Understanding of
distributed systems concepts
CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
