Position: Backend Developer Intern (Full-Time) Company: Lead India Location: Remote Stipend: ₹25,000/month Duration: 1–3 months (Full-Time Internship) About Lead India: Lead India is a forward-thinking technology company focused on building robust and scalable digital solutions. Role Overview: We are looking for a Backend Developer Intern to help build and maintain the server-side logic, APIs, and data handling systems that power our applications. This internship is ideal for individuals passionate about system architecture, performance, and clean code. Key Responsibilities: Develop backend services, APIs, and integrations using languages like Python, Node.js, or Java Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) to store and retrieve data efficiently Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate backend logic Write reusable, testable, and efficient code Assist in debugging, optimizing, and deploying backend components Document architecture and technical decisions Skills We're Looking For: Strong programming fundamentals (Python, Node.js, Java, or similar) Understanding of REST APIs and client-server architecture Basic knowledge of databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB Familiarity with Git and version control systems Enthusiastic about writing clean, maintainable backend code Bonus: Experience with frameworks like Express, Django, or Spring Boot What You’ll Gain: ₹25,000/month stipend Real-world experience in backend development One-on-one mentorship from senior developers Flexible remote work environment Opportunity for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance Show more Show less
