About the Role

IT Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a

  consulted party

  in reviewing business requirements and provide feedback.
• Work with project stakeholders to design scalable solutions aligned with business goals.
• Create

  user stories

  ensuring proper handshake with development & testing teams.
• Provide

  solution options

  for risks and issues during the project lifecycle.
• Support technical, business & test teams during

  UAT & SIT phases

  .
• Ensure smooth

  service delivery handover

  and provide post-implementation support.
• Work on

  interfaces across multiple BP2S applications

  within Fund Accounting & Middle Office.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of

  Capital Markets, Custody, Fund Accounting, and Middle Office systems

  .
• Hands-on experience in

  Data Warehousing, SQL, and data transformation techniques

  .
• Good understanding of

  SDLC, Agile methodologies, and testing frameworks

  .
• Excellent documentation & requirement engineering skills.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to

  translate business requirements into IT specifications

  .

Qualifications

• Graduate in

  Computer Science / Business Administration / IT

  or related field.

• 5–7 years of IT experience

  in Business Analysis roles.
• Proven track record in

  requirement gathering, documentation, and project delivery

  .
