Should understand OpenText as a platform for Document Management and are proficient with the technical aspects of configuring & building the platform. Lead requirement gathering for Open Text Document Management Lead design sessions Manage the OpenText design program. Agile experience Global stakeholder experience is required. Experience And Qualifications BE / B-Tech / MCA / Any Graduate . Overall 4 to 7 years experience with at least 9+ year experience in software Essential Skills Experience of working with global projects with international stakeholders Strong Business Analyst experience Strong leadership and communication skills and the ability to teach and learn from others Ability to work collaboratively with others and navigate complex decision making Experience in delivering and maintaining Experience of driving project team Proven ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment Desirable Skills Good communication, influencing & negotiation skills.
