Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Senior Functional Consultant with 4 to 9 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process mapping, technical consulting, and project management. Roles and Responsibility Setup and configure the D365 application to meet client requirements. Develop and implement unit tests for business processes to ensure quality and accuracy. Create technical documentation for clients and internal stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy solutions using Power Platform applications. Coach and mentor junior resources to enhance their skills and knowledge. Oversee client delivery and quality on assigned projects to ensure high standards. Job Requirements Minimum 4 years of experience in implementing D365, with expertise in solution design and architecture. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English. Knowledge and experience deploying solutions using Power Platform applications, including Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI, and Power Apps. Experience in lead-to-order, field service, and other key end-to-end business processes. Ability to work closely with US counterparts to manage workload and client deliverables. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
