Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced BA cum QA professional with 3 to 7 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
Develop and execute functional testing plans to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
Participate in agile development methodologies such as SCRUM.
Develop and maintain testing documentation, including test cases and test scripts.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software testing.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of business analysis, functional testing, and content management systems.
Experience with AEM, Selenium, Python, and other relevant technologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to identify defects.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Must have completed engineering or degree.
Notice period: 15-30 days.
