Responsibilities:

Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from treasury / finance teams for features on FIS Quantum modules.
Configure, test, and validate system changes (functional configuration, UAT, etc.).
Act as liaison between business (treasury, finance) and technical teams (developers, integration, data).
Deliver process flows, use cases, user stories, functional specs.
Assist in integration design (linkages from ERP, banks, external systems, SWIFT).
Support data mapping, data conversion, reconciliation, configuration management.
Participate in system implementation / rollouts, support change management, training, support post-go-live.
