Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic B2I Account Manager to lead and manage our B2I Sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing institutional sales teams, particularly in the education or IT training sector. You will be responsible for driving university tie-ups and alliances through your team, and will be accountable for revenue generation and team performance.

Age Criteria: Upto 36 years

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of 4–5 B2I Sales Executives focused on university tie-ups and alliances.

 Own the sales targets for the B2I vertical and drive the team to achieve revenue goals of ₹3–₹4 Cr annually.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, colleges, and academic institutions.

 Strategize and implement scalable B2I partnership models to promote IT and non-IT courses.

 Monitor team KPIs, provide regular performance feedback, and support in closing high-value deals.

 Work closely with internal teams including marketing, delivery, and product to ensure smooth execution of partnerships.

 Provide weekly and monthly revenue reports to leadership and identify areas for improvement.

Key Requirements:

Total Experience: 7+ years in Sales, with 5+ years in B2I/Institutional Sales.

 Proven track record of managing a sales team and generating ₹3–₹4 Cr in annual revenue.

 Prior experience in education, ed-tech, training, or IT sales to institutions is mandatory.

 Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead sales teams

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹381,989.24 - ₹1,403,368.77 per year
