    : Build and execute aggressive sales plans to maximize conversions and profitability.
  • Performance Culture

    : Implement KPIs, track metrics, and drive accountability across the team.
  • Operational Excellence

    : Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and daily performance tracking.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    : Work with marketing, product, and operations to unlock new growth opportunities.
  • Customer-Centric Execution

    : Ensure high-quality customer interactions and resolve escalations effectively.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience

    : 48 years in

    Inside Sales (B2C only)

    with proven revenue ownership.
  • Team Management

    : Minimum 2 years as a

    Sales Manager

    leading 20+ team members.
  • Industry Fit

    : Must be from

    EdTech, FinTech, Insurance, Real Estate, or other B2C sectors
