Job Summary:*

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven CRM Executive (Female) to join our B2B travel division. The role focuses on handling travel agent relationships, managing sales for domestic & international destinations, and ensuring smooth operational support to partners.

Key Responsibilities:*

Manage and strengthen relationships with B2B travel agents

Promote travel packages, offers, and deals to travel partners

Respond promptly to travel agent inquiries and booking requests

Coordinate with suppliers/vendors for itinerary and booking confirmations

Follow up on leads, payments, and documentation

Maintain and update CRM records for all agent interactions

Share promotional campaigns and new product updates regularly

Ensure high satisfaction levels through professional client service

Graduate in any stream (Travel & Tourism preferred)

Strong communication in Hindi & English

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)

Familiarity with B2B travel processes is an advantage
