Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a B2B Sales Team Lead, located in Kolkata. The B2B Sales Team Lead will be responsible for leading a sales team, meeting sales targets, identifying growth opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role includes managing the daily operations of the team, mentoring team members, analyzing sales performance, and ensuring excellence in customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the

  B2B sales team

  to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Identify and develop

  new business opportunities

  with corporate and institutional clients.

• Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.

• Conduct cold calls and follow-ups

  with potential clients to convert leads into active opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process from

Salary Range Between 50000- 60000ctc Per Month Ctc
