📣 We’re Hiring: B2B Sales Specialist – Corporate Partnerships & Venues

🕒 Full-Time | Remote | EST Time Zone

💼 Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the

    entire B2B sales cycle

    — from lead generation and cold calls to pitching, follow-ups, negotiation, and closing
  • Make 50–60 calls per day

    to reach out to venues, corporate brands, and sponsors across North America
  • Drive

    venue booking deals

    and

    corporate sponsorships

    for live shows, conferences, and entertainment events
  • Build and maintain relationships with venue managers, marketing heads, and corporate decision-makers
  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, creative, operations) to develop and present customized sponsorship decks
  • Update CRM regularly and manage your own pipeline independently
  • Represent

    Millennial Events

    in a confident and professional manner on calls and emails


✅ Must-Have Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience

    in

    B2B or inside sales

    , preferably in events, media, or marketing services
  • Proven experience making

    high-volume cold calls

    and handling outreach under pressure
  • Excellent spoken and written

    English communication skills

  • Comfortable presenting on video calls and handling

    North American clients

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and maintaining organized sales records
  • Self-motivated, fast learner, and eager to grow in a high-performance culture


⭐ Strong Assets (Nice-to-Have)
  • Prior experience in

    call centers

    , telesales, or inside sales roles with

    heavy call volumes

  • Experience selling sponsorships, event packages, or marketing services
  • Familiarity with

    North American markets

    or South Asian corporate networks in the U.S. or Canada
  • Understanding of event industry dynamics


🕒 Work Schedule

Monday to Friday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST

(Fully Remote – must follow Eastern Time Zone)
