The Qwerty Ink is a global brand management firm that was established in 2016. We specialize in providing end-to-end brand strategies and solutions, supporting emerging startups to MNCs. We have successfully helped countless businesses streamline their brand story and achieve greater returns.

We are currently recruiting for The Qwerty Incubator, a groundbreaking new division of our company. The Inkcubator will be run by a self-sufficient team of front and back end executives that manage the life cycle of brands created within that division along with other incubated brands.

Role Overview

We are seeking a B2B & Corporate Sales Executive with strong experience in luxury product sales and corporate gifting. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, building long-term client relationships, and meeting monthly sales targets across assigned brands.

This is a target-driven role that requires excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. You will work closely with senior leadership and clients, ensuring smooth execution of deals and brand operations.

Office Timing: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 7 PM (client meetings as required).

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly B2B & corporate sales targets.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline (CRM-based).
  • Generate qualified leads and close high-value deals.
  • Acquire new clients in corporate gifting & luxury product space.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
  • Onboard F&B venues for pop-ups & partnership programs.
  • Support promoter and affiliate recruitment programs.

Requirements

  • Mandatory: 1–3 years of experience in Corporate Gifting / B2B Sales (luxury products preferred).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales KPIs.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation & client acquisition skills.
  • Familiar with CRM tools & G-Suite.
  • Result-oriented, self-motivated, and team player.
