Job Description

Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Identify and research potential business clients through networking, cold calling, and digital channels.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.

2. Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Develop strong, trust-based relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

3. Sales Cycle Management

  • Own the end-to-end sales process: needs discovery, proposal creation, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Handle complex deal cycles, including RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and enterprise-level contracts.
  • Collaborate with customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and account growth.

4. Revenue & Target Achievement

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
  • Forecast sales performance and report progress to management.
  • Contribute directly to the company’s revenue growth and market expansion.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
