Location: New Delhi - on site Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating and curating engaging content, and managing daily social media activities. The role includes overseeing social media accounts, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing social media presence. The Social Media Manager will also be responsible for fostering engagement and growing the brand's online community. Qualifications Skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) Excellent Communication skills and Writing proficiency Experience in developing and executing Content Strategy Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends Proven ability to engage and grow online communities Ability to work independently and remotely Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Experience in the educational toy or children’s product industry is a plus

We’re now scaling across India and looking for a self-driven B2B Sales Executive who can bring our products into schools, bookstores, toy retailers, and gifting partners. What You’ll Do Identify and pitch to schools, toy stores, bookstores, learning centers, and corporate gift buyers Build strong relationships with school principals, event heads, store buyers, and distributors Set up and manage pop-ups, exhibitions, and demo stalls in various cities Generate bulk orders from schools, education partners, and festive buyers Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales efforts Maintain CRM, track leads, close deals, and meet monthly sales targets You Should Be Someone Who Loves talking to people and knows how to pitch with clarity and confidence Has strong follow-up game—you don’t ghost and you don’t give up Is okay with travel and meeting clients across cities Understands or is willing to learn how educational toys and hands-on learning work Can send sharp emails, make calls, and turn interest into orders Bonus if You Have Experience selling to schools or bookstores Worked in education, toys, or D2C product-based companies Existing network of school partners, distributors, or B2B clients What We Offer A high-growth environment Fixed salary + performance-based incentive Learning, travel, and the chance to build something that actually impacts kids
