B2B Sales Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented B2B Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves generating new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets by offering customized solutions to corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the B2B market.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with corporate clients.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, etc.) to deliver value to clients.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate reports of sales activities using CRM tools.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on trends and competitors.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in B2B Sales / Corporate Sales / Business Development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with decision-makers.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
