We are a fast-growing start-up focusing on 21st-century essential skills development, empowering learners with skills such as creativity, critical thinking, collaboration, communication, and adaptability to thrive in today’s world and be future-ready. We collaborate with schools and other educational institutes for development and assessment of these skills in school-aged children.

We’re looking for driven professionals who thrive on building client relationships, closing deals, and shaping long-term business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new B2B sales opportunities with schools and other educational institutes.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Develop tailored sales pitches, proposals, and presentations that align with client needs.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to deliver value-driven solutions.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management (2–5 years).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to engage with senior decision-makers (Principals/ Directors).
  • Experience in EdTech industry is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
