Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to identify, develop, and manage business opportunities. You will be responsible for building strong client relationships, understanding business needs, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and approach potential business clients through networking, cold calling, and other lead-generation methods.
· Understand client requirements and present tailored solutions.
· Negotiate and close business deals to achieve sales targets.
· Maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation and promotional activities.
· Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and update CRM tools regularly.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Skills Required:
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to understand and present business solutions effectively.
· Negotiation and persuasion skills.
· Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office tools.
Preferred Skills:
· Prior internship or experience in sales, client servicing, or business development.
· Familiarity with B2B sales cycles and lead-generation techniques.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
