LucidPlus IT Solutions is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive B2B software sales across the region. The ideal candidate will be proactive in identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and closing sales to meet ambitious targets.
1. Actively generate leads through cold calling, client visits, and referrals.
2. Meet prospective business clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate software solutions.
3. Deliver engaging product presentations and demos to key decision-makers.
4. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
5. Attend promotional events, exhibitions, and roadshows to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
6. Maintain accurate records of daily and weekly activities and submit reports to the sales supervisor.
1. 6 months to 1 year of experience in B2B software sales or a related field.
2. Proven experience in field sales with a strong sales record.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
5. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
6. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
7. Basic proficiency in using computers and software tools.
8. Language proficiency: Malayalam and English (mandatory).
9. Preferred: Own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
